Activated hardkey licence but still shown time limit and cannot connect the data form equipment

I have a problem about I changed the location of KEPSeverEX from PC-A to PC-B

I transfer the licence and save lic file and active with new PC -B but I can't connect to my PLC and 

it still show time limit  ( I can monitor some data ) 

how to solve this problem please suggest.
