Hi,
We are attempting to activate new license based on updated sales order, but license generation is not working.
During activation process, there is now a prompt window to enter credentials, which didn't happen the first time. Team is continuing to see this. Requires input for credentials, but the credentials we have on file are not working.
Team has also tried to create a new user under the administrator group, but we are still unable to log in.
