Hi, This is Sai Ram Choppavarapu,
We are facing an issue related to kepserver license activation with Mykepserver credentials.
Same credentials are working for eSupport but not for Mykepserver.
Tried to change/forgot password but new password also not working.Getting an error
"Your login attempt has failed. Make sure the username and password are correct".

The My Kepware portal does not uses the same accounts as the eSupport portal, meaning that if you created an account in Support.ptc.com that will not work in the My Kepware portal.
You just need to create an account in the Kepware portal and after that you'll be able to activate your licenses etc.
