KEPServerEX, KEPWARE, TELEGRAF, INPUTS.OPCUA PROBLEM

I have a problem with KEPServerEX and inputs.opcua telegraf.
I collect data with kepware use telegraf inputs.opcua. When I use advancetags/tags with good quality, I don't have problem. The problem is when the quality of advancetags/tags changes to bad (for example, driver stop working). My Kepware after a few minutes or seconds (no rule) stop working (My dataLoger no sent to sql and opcua no work). Application can't start(I click on it, it load, but the project never compiles), only reset server or service runtime to fix it. Off course, I don't have any event log about this problem. Where is problem...?


I test with: kepware 
version 6.9/6.13
Telegraf version 1.24/1.25/1.26

I'm not sure, but from what I remember,
First, I updated Kepware to new version (I currently have 6.13.266.0).
Then I used Telegraf plugin "OPC UA Listener" (subscriptions) and everything works to this day

I am not sure about exact issue but it is indicating that KEPServerEX might be running in demo mode.

Can you please verify if you are using valid License/Activation id for mentioned plug-ins(Advanced tag and Datalogger) and OPC UA Client driver?

If issue persists; I recommend opening a support ticket with the Kepware Technical Support team. Here is a link to the my kepware login page where a ticket can submitted:

As per the explanation it seems system run in demo mode.

There can be number of reasons behind it.

For example, your current subscription doesn't involve the needed drivers, or you don't have a valid license.

You are using Advance tags so it is recommended that you should buy one for Advance tags.

i have full version. I have licence. Kepware work good when telegraf is off.

Telegraf informs that it works with kepware opc ua (  https://www.influxdata.com/integration/kepware/ ). I am also looking for a solution on the influx community, but to no avail. Maybe Will reinstalling kepware change anything? What to look for. Maybe some buffer options?
Off course my server has a very good hardware parameters.

It seems the Application report(for primary troubleshooting) needs to be reviewed to figure out the issue .Please open a support ticket and submit Application Report with the Kepware Technical Support team so the files can be reviewed to complete the troubleshooting process. In my case telegraf is working fine until I turned off machine for several hours. When I turn on machine after several hours i haven't data in to the influxDB and I must restart telegraf.

I have upgraded telegraf to v. 1.27.1 and working fine!
