Hello @ntripathi
Thank you for your response and for sharing the article link.
Currently, Kepware is running with a Siemens Suite license. Before proceeding, I would like to confirm:
If I follow the steps outlined in the provided article (CS294705), is there any risk that my current license could become broken or invalid, or that I could lose my license entirely?
I just want to ensure that performing these actions will not affect the validity of my existing Siemens Suite license.
Hello @YunusEmreGul,
I’d like to reassure you that this process will not impact your existing license in any way, nor will it break your current license.
However, please make sure to save your project before proceeding with the reinstallation to avoid any data loss.
If you have any questions or need assistance during the process, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for confirming. I will proceed with the steps as suggested in the article and will share the results here once I have tested it.
Greetings @ntripathi
I tested the procedure and, as described in the article you provided, I uninstalled and reinstalled Kepware. The only point where I received a license warning was at the step shown in the screenshot below, but the license did not become broken.
I am truly grateful for your support and attention — thanks to your guidance, I was able to resolve the username and password issue.
