At infrastructure level we migrated from VMWARE to Nutanix and after this we keep having this issue everyday. The only way it is getting auto resolved is after reboot. We can do this now since only test environment is migrated and we are soon planning to migrate production environment as well. In that case every time reboot is difficult as production activities will get interrupted. Is there a way to fix this issue? Like deactivating and activating license again? or changing the license type to offline one? Repair option in license utility will fix this?

Yes, if the license is showing broken, binding state by clicking the repair will fix the license through online mode

Transfer is not working so I used repair option. Then activated the license again by getting the response file from myKepware
