Trying to set up a BACNET Device in Kepware and the Tag Objects are not discoverable

I have setup a BACNET device in Kepware....  How do you make the Tag Objects discoverable when a device tries to connect to the Kepware BacNet device ?

Could you please confirm if any specific error message appears when the BACnet/IP device attempts to connect to Kepware?
