Unable to write values to AWS topic on MQTT protocol

We have a topic created in AWS environment where we are planning to write values using MQTT client. But the MQTT agent is unable to connect to the topic.

Error : MQTT agent IOT PBM5305 disconnected - reason 'null' 

we also referred the PTC article CS378797. But issue is not resolved.

Kindly suggest workaround.

It will more than likely take a Wireshark Capture Analysis to determine any potential additional workarounds other than the resolution details offered in the knowledge base article.
