"Quality Changed" events generated in KEPServerEX6 ?

I have installed KEPServerEX6 with below Activation ID for Alarms & Events. 

UPGRADED V6 ACTIVATION ID :  

Question : Is it possible suppress "Quality Changed" events generated in KEPServerEX6 ?

All of the KEPServerEX Alarms & Events are based on conditions that are separated into three categories: Multi-Level, Rate of Change, and Deviation. Each condition is dependent upon a change in value or quality. The only way to suppress an established Alarm & Event would be to uncheck the "Enable" box in the Alarm & Event tag condition configuration.
