After install MFG APP, the control advisor server can't be connected

After install MFG APP, the control advisor server can't be connected

I have installed the MFG  APP according to the steps of video, and kepware says the connection to thingworx is okay, but the control server is not connected, the server status is off, refer to the following figure.

Thank you Milan, the connection is okay now, I made a wrong copy of application key string yesterday.

Hi Isaiah,

First - make sure you configure your KEPServerEx connection as shown in the second video -

Second - try detecting devices and refreshing the page.
