Hello Reda,

Check the first photo from the attachments, this is how I have it configured and working now.

I think you will have checked it - but to make sure - check your "Application Key" and "Thing name". Secondly maybe it helps to delete "https://" from your host. Try to trust all certificates, I needed to do that to get my connection working so. Lastly try to validate your host in ThingWorx Studio, check the second photo from the attachments. Your host needs to be validate to work, in my experience.

I hope this helps in someway!

Best regards,

Joan de Kramer

Hello Reda,

I forgot to tell you some things. First make sure to check the "base thing template" from your Thing is set to IndustrialGateway, see the attachment. And maybe this webinar will help you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuQRXVpW9Do the tour through KEPServerEx starts from 21:50.

Greetings Joan,

I want to thank you for your support, It works ... :D :D

I've tried with my localhost (using Thingworks Manifacturing Apps) and it works,

and now I tried what you suggest, and i gave some results :D

Thank you !!

Greetings Reda,

Hello Reda,

If you are still experience some trouble with Kepware or uploading data to the cloud, I've made a video about how to work with Composer and Kepware and how to setup an OPC connection: https://youtu.be/rvptJXd7B0E. I had no time to put a voice over in, but I hope it helps someone.

Thaank you a Looot :D
I like the sequence that you've done, it's helpfull !!

Now I want to connect an opc ua server with a Raspberry Pi (via Node-red)

I've used KepServerEX to do it, but the endpoint is local on my pc ( I can't have access to it from the Rpi)

Oke, I don't know if i can help with that, because I have no experience with Node-red and Raspberry Pi. But I have a few questions so maybe we can sort it out. Is your pc the opc ua server, and does the connection work (what I mean is the connection working and do you have no access or is there no connection at all)? Because I needed a tunnel program between my pc with KEPServerEX and the ABB DCS to get the connection to work. I have used Matrikon for this.

That's about everything I know, as far as I can understand the problem
