Casual crashes

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 5.0 (connected) Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.6.0

it often happens that the program crashes when starting the program or when processing 2D files.

I tried the solutions you recommended but I have not solved. Crashes also often happen when I set up the working directory.

What graphics card is in your computer?

I'm working with Windows 10 64 bit and graphics card NVIDIA Quadro 2000.
