Clear workpiece while drilling

I working on a setup where I need to drill a few holes, retract back, move over and drill another hole. I don't want to use "cycle optimize no" or "pullout distsnce". Both of these pull the tool away from every hole. I want to stay down on the workpiece until I need to clear a part to move over than go back down on the part. I've tried a few custom moves and I don't get the results I'm looking for. Anybody have any ideas on how to add a cl command or a retract in a drilling cycle tool path?

TIA

Add the part that is in the way to "Check Surfaces" and then put a value in the CHECK_SRF_STOCK_ALLOW. The tool will pull up to clear the part by this value.

Use the PULLOUT_DIST to control the height between moves of the other holes.

Be aware that this doesn't necessarily mean that you will not hit the part if your machine does not interpolate RAPID moves.
