Hello grooving experts!!
I am not sure if I ever had to do this before or not, if so it has been a long time ago.
In a grooving sequence, the first plunge goes straight in, retract comes straight out. The second plunge goes straight in, now the retract we want to come off at an angle, .030 by .030, then retract straight up. Then duplicate this type of movement for the remaining plunge movements.
Any ideas on how to get this type of retract to work. I would rather NOT have to trim the cut motion and add goto movements, etc to the toolpath.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff Voegele
