I don't know if you've looked here already, but there is a list of milling machine posts available for download from PTC:

It's an old list, probably long neglected, and I only see one Hurco in there. If the G-Code the Hurco takes is compliant with the "standard" FANUC stuff, you might be okay with a generic post. Otherwise, you might need to do a bit of customizing. The machine makers seem to follow the same rules for motion commands and such, it's the "special" things like M-Codes and the preparatory commands and such that seem to always require tweaking to get right.
If all else fails, you might need to contact someone about writing you a custom post. It's pretty common, though I've heard can be a little pricey.
