Manufactuing for OKUMA work center.

CREO Parametric 8.0.5 with  NC Complete. I am working on setup up work center for Okuma mill-turn. Okuma uses common variables instead of work offsets. Has anyone setup a work center like this before or have some useful reference materials/videos for this?
