Looking for documeted solution for keeping tool head normal to machine surface. The tool path must remain stable as the engineering design component is flexed through multiple sizes and the addition/deletion of features such as scallops.
Specifically, the modeled tool head displayed in the attached screen shots "roller" applies laminate banding about the outer workpiece surface. We have been successful atrunning the tool 'normally' about the part but unsuccessful when the model is flexed between sizes and variable features.
