Pro/E 2001 Go Slow.

Pro/E 2001 Go Slow.

We have five users using Pro/E 2001 from a network install. One machine is
suffering from a 'go slow' problem. When the users selects a command, on a
model that is already in session, his computer just sits there. The Task
Manager shows that the processor is idle, and there are only a few services
running.

The only hint of activity while pro/e is stalled is in the network activity
pane of Task Manager. While Pro/e is working there is a consistent and
repeatable 0.25% network usage.

I suspect that whatever causes the network traffic is also responsible for
the slowdown in Pro/Engineer. What could cause this? How could I find out
what is causing the network traffic?
