I am using this program AdvantEdge which is designed to optimize tool paths. My problem is getting a tool path file from Pro/E that will be compatible with AdvantEdge. I think the problem is correctly post processing the file from Pro/E. AdvantEdge takes an mcd file and an stl file, both of which I know how to generate from Pro/E but for some reason AdvantEdge will not accept them. Any help would be appreciated.
