ProE On laptop tocuhpad

Hey I am having issues after loading ProE onto my Laptop as i have got rid of the big box... The machine only has 2 mouse buttons like most laptops... So how do i emulate, or how can i rotate my model? Thanks for any help

I cannot understand why you would try to use CAD without a mouse. Touchpads are awful for CAD work.

I agree. Get yourself a Logitec VX Nano mouse. The transmitter is unobtrusive and even though you can't push the scroll wheel for your MMB, you push it to the side, reducing finger travel.

I'm having the same issue, and while using the mouse is ideal, i would still like to be able to use the trackpad for situations when i'm not around a mouse. Does anyone have a solution?

Open your model. Go to View> orientation > orient mode. Move your curser back to the model scren. Press both the two buttons with one hand.Use the touch pad to move your model while keep pressing the 2 buttons.

I'm running pro e on a macbook pro unibody (with a trackpad that only has one button). It seems like the mouse might be my only option, but if anyone out there has any ideas, that would be fantastic.
