Have had this happen on my machine and a few other users although the issue is not very repeatable. When going from a drawing to a shaded model the model disappears. The model tree is there, everything else looks fine. If you click on features in the model tree the features highlight where the model should be. The only way we can get the model to reappear is to switch to wire frame and then back to shaded.
I found Document - CS57726 and SPR Details – 2131842 (linked together) on the PTC knowledge database but no resolution. This is a new issue with our recent upgrades (to PDMLink 10 and the newest Wildfire 5/Creo).
We have tried different drivers for the graphics cards to no avail.
Any ideas?
