Ciao

If you model the headmill in 3D, you can embedd it in your NC simulation.
Vericut will do all the job you want and show you the collisions.

Francesco,
You will be much better advised to buy a seat of Vericut with Machine
Simulation. We use it extensively and never have machine crashes.
Vericut 'full' is no longer resold by PTC, you need to go directly to
CGTech.
Peter
Your best solution is to use something like Vericut because the posted
G-code may have some problems that Pro-Man doesn't know about in the NCL
output.
Pro-Man in WF3 will gouge check against the head of the machine if it is
defined as a 'holder' and the entire fixture is brought into Pro-Man as
the fixture.
I think the collision checking you are referring to is when animating
mechanisms.
