Here's what a good question for Creo looks like.
Thank you for your participation and please let me know if you need further assistance!
Best regards,
It has been many years since Creo 2.0 and licensing has changed, but the basic concept is the same.
There are a number of things I can guess, based upon the information you gave:
(1) Did you properly set up the license server when you changed computers? The license software, FlexLM, relies on the correct Host ID for the computer it is being run on. You don't indicate whether you are running with a locked license or a network license, so maybe this isn't relevant, or maybe it is.
(2) When you installed Creo on the new computer, did you correctly configure the modules that are going to be used when you start the program? By default, if I remember correctly, it will include Creo, but the manufacturing module has to be added to the configuration. I think this can be checked/updated with a program called "reconfigure.exe", usually located somewhere like "C:\Program Files\PTC\<Creo Version>\Parametric\bin" where "<Creo Version>" is something like "Creo 2.0" or whatever they're using for your specific version.
Keep in mind that this is a very old version of Creo and not officially supported by PTC anymore. I believe they will help with licensing things, if you have permanent licenses and such, but any other technical support is not likely.
