Hi Everyone,
Here is what I'm trying to do: Mill an undercut that that matches the side profile of a cutter. The cutter is a 3/16 dia with a 45 degree chamfer, where the chamfer ends is the cut length, then the tool is relieved to 3/32 dia. at the end of the chamfer. I created the tool as a solid tool, however I can't specify it as a side cutter and mill the undercut. I can only get the tool to go to the non-under cut geomery, I tried both cutting with tip and tip& sides. Any thoughts?

Summary:
Thank you for the responses. I could not get a solid tool to work out exactly as I had hoped. What did work was to create a trajectory toolpath with a sketched tool. The coordinate system went on the corner where the chamfer ends. It worked out nicely, then I just patterned the toolpath.
