sketch error

I am using Creo Parametric 5.0 5.0.4.0

I'm trying to remove material ina rotating sketch.
Applies at 4 microns, but not at 3 microns.
I don't know the cause.

Is there a way to define it below 3 microns?

I guess it is accuracy problem. Set absolute accuracy and lower its value.
