Gpost help

Hi,

I am trying to tweak a postprocessor for 5 axes machine with Fanuc 31i A5- double tables A/C. In 3 axes is fine, but when I start rotated the axes then my Y axis is way off the track, like instead of going in the positive way the move is negative. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thank you!

Here is ncl file and the g-code after pp:

Now I saw the CSYS from the machine I has not the same orientation as it is on CNC machine, on machine z-positive up, y positive opposite to operator, x positive left to the operator. In Creo, no matter how I tried, y or x is pointing the other way than on the machine. If I leave the Y axis pointing in the same direction as it is on the machine for the OP and NC sequence than Y-axis is way off as an offset about 200 mm or so. If anyone want to have a look I have attached the test file.

Thank you!

Hi,

This is the machine sketch, what do you think because I don see any offset distance that I have to fill in the postprocessor.

thank you!
