Tolerancing for master model technique

wildfire 4.0

Using master model technique to create parts that interface with each other. After these 2 parts have been created, how does one go about adding tolerancing/gaps for manufacturing/assembly purposes?

The picture looks like you are showing a x section thru the mating surface. So at this interface, use the parting plane surface to cut/define one part's mating surface and use an offset of the surface to cut/define the other part's mating surface.

Perhaps you should look into using a skeleton at nominal and offset each part.
