disabling the scriptable objects needs at least a warning to confirm and inform of the consequences (which are not being able to reactivate them when reopening the worksheet with disabled objects.
Suggestion is : to add a warning message before disabling all the scriptable objects and add a feature to activate/deactivate the scriptable objects within the session only.
