Allow files opened from Windows to open in existing instance of Mathcad Prime

Mathcad Prime takes a long time to launch, and it's a real pain when double-clicking a Mathcad file causes Windows to launch a whole new instance of Mathcad.  Using Mathcad's File-->Open menu is much less convenient.

(I had thought this was an identified bug in Mathcad Prime 1 and 2, but it's still present in 3 and needs to be addressed right away!)

I wish Prime 4.0 to match the functionality of M15

To add to this idea - please allow differences instances of Prime to run on seperate screens as we can with Excel, Word etc.

As an update, Prime 3.1 now opens worksheets from Windows Explorer, Outlook attachments, etc., in the same instance of Prime
