Clear all variables with a function

I remember that in Mathematica there was the command CLEAR ALL (or clear (all) or clearall, I don't remember well...) "to purify" all the variables utilized up to this command line.

In MC we can clear only variables inside the function, an that is a little bit waste of time if you have many variables within a long sheet.

Can we do something?
