This isn't a new idea, many previous versions (pre-prime) could do it.

Display equation results in Hex or Binary. Even entering values as hex or binary.

Mix and match in the same equation.

Can you provide some examples of where you'd want to mix hex and binary in the same equation?

Even better than Hex number, a whole "programming" environment that could take into account the number format (signed/unsigned integer/float, 8/16/32/64 bits...), with operations like left and right shift, bit-wise and/or/not, etc, could be a fantastic tool. Especially if it can mix with "normal" type of variables.
