Fix floating licenses to count per computer/user instead of per instance.

We paid the $1800 for a floating network license, however it prevents me from opening both Mathcad Prime simultaneously and Mathcad 15 simultaneously, or multiple instances of either, and prevents normal use of the "XMCD converter" from the Mathcad Prime toolbar.  This infuriates users and damages your reputation.

Yall need to fix your floating license settings to be PER COMPUTER instead of per user, like every other SAS software package my enterprise uses: Solidworks, PDM, Ansys, Excel, Word, Epicor, Autocad, Adobe, etc.

Please fix this in the next release or sooner.
