Unfortunately its not. Maybe it was rejected. This forum software is brand new and we just suffer from the impact of the migration from the previous one. A lot of things still don't work the way they should or the way we would like them to work. You will have to create a zip-archive with your Mathcad file and should be able to attach this zip file then.
You created an "Idea". Ideas are supposed to be kind of feature requests for future versions of the software.
For asking question please create a new thread in "PTC Mathcad Questions" and state the version of the software you are using. From your screenshot I see that you are using Prime. As the different versions of Prime have different file format and as 3.1 or 4.x have not brought significant improvements, many of us still are using P30 and can't read files of newer version. So its a good idea to additionally attach a pdf print of your file as well.
I am sure its possible to tell you how those plots are made, but they will look different. E.g. even in the most current version of Prime grid lines still are not implemented. There also is no legend available and no labels - you are supposed to create text boxes and place them manually where you think they fit. Unbelievably, but true. Prime is behind 10 year old Mathcad 15 in so many ways (and MC15 never was famous for its plotting capabilities) - its incredible.
So go ahead, create a new question with your Prime sheet and a pdf-print. You sure have to provide mpore information as given so far and provide all the necessary equations and values.
We are archiving your idea as part of a general review. This action is based on the age of your idea and the total number of votes received, as per this announcement.
You can always post a new idea with all the details required in the form.
