Idea - Properly size collapsible area when rows are deleted (Prime)

I can't call this a bug, but it sure is annoying.  If I am working in a collapsible area and I press delete, all items within the area move up - as they should.  However, the bottom of the area remains in place - so I have created a bunch of empty space at the bottom that I have to delete separately.  The default action should be for Mathcad to shrink the size of the area when a user is deleting blank spaces.
