A second y-axis for me. I know you can do some stuff with the chart control, but it is not as intuitive to use as the native graph plus the converter from Mathcad 15 to Prime 7 just gives up with a two axis graph, doesn't even try to create a suitable chart, annoying when you have a lot of legacy stuff with Bode plots in it.
The plots produced in Prime 8 lack a title, axis labels, grid lines and many other functions found in MathCad 15 plots. You cannot copy and paste a plot into a technical document or presentation which is a severe limitation. Plots without annotations are useless.
