Make Mathcad honor PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE environment variable

Mathcad 4.x or 5.0.0.0 (latest as of this writing) currently doesn't honor the PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE environment variable. Please fix it so that this variable can override any local configuration file to make it point to a port@server of the client's choosing.  Thanks!!
