Make explicit and Float work together

Make the Float keyword work with the explicit modifier.  Presently, Float overrides the explicit modifier and returns a result with a single numeric value.  I frequently use "Explicit, ALL" to show actual values substituted into an equation.  "Explicit, ALL" shows all numbers to 15 decimal places.  Using Float returns a single number.
