MathCad Prime Vector notation

MathCad Prime Vector notation

I use Mathcad to present ideas in physics and mechanical engineering. In school I was taught to use vector notation (arrow over variable) to differentiate it from scalars. Leaving this off would lower my grade. The notation makes it easier to follow the derivation or calculation. I propose adding vector notation to the symbols library to make the formulas correct.

You can create a special style to denote vectors or matrices if you choose.  The "vectorize" symbol (over arrow) is already in use for a specific reason, to modify a calculation operation.  Putting arrows over variable names to signify a vector would make things (potentially) harder to interpret rather than easier. (IMHO)

I guess you could design or find a font with over arrows if you really needed to.  Mathcad could then use this font (so could Word, EXCEL, and everything else.  A universal solution.
