Revision/Version Control metadata and template for documentation control

Documentation requiring revision control.

Would be helpful, from a PLM standpoint, to include an option to place a revision control box with date, description, rev and ability to have linked to metadata.

May also include other fields:

Project

Title

Filename

Approved/Reviewed by

etc
