Since there is no backwards compatibility in MathCAD, it would be beneficial if you could save as a lower level version so a MathCAD worksheet could be shared with others who haven't upgraded yet. When working with different divisions, contracts, companies, etc. it is near impossible to make sure everyone is on the same version.
This would be similar to office tools that allow you to save as a prior format.
