It would be convenient to have a single command for clearing the numeric value of variables and labels as part of the symbolic solver keyword suite. This clearing would only be effective for the symbolic solver's action i.e. the variables would not be cleared for the remainder of the worksheet. At the moment this is achieved by dragging the algebra to be solved to a point above numeric assignments - but not above other important algebraic assignments.
The alternate of using clear(long list of symbols) before the symbolic solver is that you have to redo all the numeric assignments that have been cleared in order to continue with the analysis.
