Text Box and Math Box Background Color

version: Mathcad Prime 7

Text Box and Math region background colors can be applied using the color picker dialog box.  However the limited number of solid colors are not augmented with a opacity slider as we had on Mathcad 15.  This is important because our legacy documents had various colors for input variables and math result fields which cannot be reproduced in Prime 7. Also most of the solid colors available when printed are simply too dark make the black text unreadable.

Please consider an opacity slider as we had in Mathcad 14/15. see attachment.

Hi there!

This is something we're planning on putting in Prime 9.0 - we're looking at adding a custom color picker, with the ancillary functionality you'd expect from such a control, everywhere you can select color in Mathcad Prime - text font color, Math font color, plot trace color, and text and math font highlighting.

@amcgough   while making the improvement to the color selection tool.   Please also make it possible to change the background color of the sheet itself.    Both my experience and posts which I have read, indicate this is not currently a capability of Prime.
