Vector calculations using ejθ notation to give result in ejθ format by Iggy O'Kane

ejθ notation is the exponential representation of vectors and phasors. It is neither polar nor Cartesian (rectangular).

It is possible to input the left hand side of an equation using ejθ notation.

However Mathcad 15 and Mathcad Prime can only give the result on the right hand side of the equation in R + jX format.

It then requires two more operations on each vector to determine the magnitude and the angle.

It would be most useful for electrical engineers in particular, if Mathcad could express the result in ejθ format.

In electrical engineering the result of main interest is the magnitude and the angle.

Considering that it is possible to input vectors and phasor quantities in ejθ format, it is surprising that the result is not given in the same format.
