Am I correct that this group is largely for M'? Or is it also for M14/15?

WRT M', one of my main reasons for not using it is the fixed font size for styles such as variables, units, etc. I am conscious of folks in some quarters who think that 1.5" margins and 12 point fonts are the way to go, but I consider them a waste of paper in all but those circumstances that specifically call for them.

Rich,

Going forward, all enhancements will be for Mathcad Prime only. PTC is continuing to support Mathcad 15, but we plan maintenance releases to contain bug fixes only. There is a Mathcad 15 M10 release scheduled for later this year.

Being able to format the math font for Mathcad Prime is being prioritized along with other features.
