Variable Toolbars for all funktions (e.g. format text bold, a new row in matrix, scientific numbers, "solve" ...).
Position is free.
Similar to the quick acces toolbar in office or the possibilities in PTC creo.
The advantage is direct access to all frequently activities - particularly for users which don't work so often with mathcad (they can't keep all the positions in ribbon bars or the shortcuts in their minds).
