Can no activate Trial license

We are attempting to do a trial period of MathCAD prime on a user machine, but no matter what we try the trial license does not activate.

When we go to Options it states the "cannot activate an uncounted licenses."

Please assist.

Hi @JA_9963247,

Are you getting (-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session?

If yes, it is working as product specification as application is configured to a locked license, then the application will not launch when connected over a remote Desktop or Terminal Services connection.
