Can't get the license to work

Mathcad can't get the license. What do I need to do?

Hi @PR_9907922,

This is working correctly as per product specification for PTC flex-enabled applications

If node-lock license is configured, PTC flex-enabled application cannot be accessed via Remote Desktop session or Terminal Services connection

Physical access to the station is mandatory to enable successful startup of Creo Parametric when using a Locked license file
