Downloading Mathcad Free Trial Version

Good Afternoon,
I've filled out the form and submitted a request for the free trial version of Mathcad several times and each time I get the message "if you don't receive an email in two hours look in the junk folder. I still haven't received the email. Can you send the .exe file directly to my email address (Rick5450@maine.rr.com).

That's not PTC's usual policy. (They want to make thing complicated, is my suspicion.)
