Downloading Mathcad Free Trial Version

Good Afternoon,
I've filled out the form and submitted a request for the free trial version of Mathcad several times and each time I get the message "if you don't receive an email in two hours look in the junk folder. I still haven't received the email.

That's not PTC's usual policy. (They want to make thing complicated, is my suspicion.)

Tried the first suggestion the isn't anything in the ptc dowload folder.
