How to Find Expiration Date for Support Agreement
PTC must have the most user-unfriendly support site I have seen. I want to check the expiration date of my current Mathcad support agreement, and even after logging into my account at tpc.com/support I cannot find that information. How can I check the date?
If I look at the "extra" license file, it has an expiration date of 30-APR 2023. Is that the same as the expiration date of my support agreement or does the license file have a grace period?
